BODY 4 GOLF is a golf preparation system created to share my two decades of experience working on professional and
recreational golfers combined with my three decades of sports medicine and Physical Therapy experience. The goal of which is to create
stability throughout the golf swing, thereby decreasing the body's chances of breaking down. To most simply explain how the body
coordinates all of these areas to create your swing, I divide the body into four main sections:
- Feet/Ankles
- Hips/Pelvis/Low Back
- Trunk/Rib cage
- Upper Extremities (Arms)
BODY 4 GOLF: Getting Into the Swing is the first of three books. This book is about the combined flexibility needed for the
golf swing and an overview of each body sections roll in the golf swing, including how loss of range of motion and coordination of
musculature affects your power and speed. There are seven golf specific flexibility tests, movement exercises that improve flexibility in
